Dr. Niti Pandey is a Professor of Management and Dean of the Graduate Division at Eastern Connecticut State University. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and earlier degrees in Psychology from the University of Delhi.
Research Interests: Dr. Pandey's work focuses on employment relations (human resource management, negotiation, small group dynamics), corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental sustainability, and early American labor relations. Her research bridges psychological and philosophical perspectives with organizational behavior.
