M.Sc. Nina Passlack is a Researcher at the Chair of Business Education (Prof. Dr. Karl-Heinz Gerholz) at Otto-Friedrich University of Bamberg. She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in European Economic Studies (2014-2018 and 2016-2017 with a year abroad in Vilnius) and a Master’s in International Information Systems Management (2018-2021). Since 2023, she has focused on business education research after prior work in Business Information Systems (2020-2023).
Her research interests include AI literacy, digital responsibility and ethics, responsibility attribution, and the technology-driven future of work. She explores how human-AI collaboration impacts ethical decision-making, accountability, and organizational practices in virtual environments.
Her publications analyze AI’s societal implications through studies like managers’ responsibility perceptions in AI-advised decisions (2024), organizational measures for virtual collaboration (2023), and ethical frameworks for human-AI interaction (2023). Upcoming work (2025) examines GenAI’s impact on student skill development and teacher re-skilling via AI tools.
