Silvia Leicht

M.Sc. Silvia Leicht is a Researcher at the Otto-Friedrich University of Bamberg, affiliated with the Department of Business and Human Resource Education under Prof. Dr. Karl-Heinz Gerholz. Her research focuses on service learning implementation in vocational education, didactic design in business education, validation of informal skills from volunteer work, and virtual reality applications in teacher training.
