Nina Atkinson serves as a Senior Lecturer (0.5 FTE) at Canterbury Christ Church University within the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, Media and Creative Digital and holds a Visiting Lecturer position at the University of Roehampton. She is the Founder and Artistic Director of Loop Dance Company, driving innovative artistic initiatives.
Her academic credentials include:

Nina's research focuses on interdisciplinary performance practices, critically examining audience-performer dynamics through immersive installations and sensory environments. She pioneered a nationally recognized children's immersive theatre production now in its seventh year, while advancing choreographic methodologies influenced by collaborations with artists like Rosemary Butcher.
