Nilupama Wijewardena

Dr. Nilupama Wijewardena is a Lecturer in the Management Department at RMIT University's City Campus in Australia. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Monash University (2016), a Master's in Commerce from Deakin University (2005), and a BSc in Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura (2001). Her research focuses on workplace humor, emotions and well-being, positive work environments, and entrepreneurship.
