Jayaranjani Sutha

Jayaranjani Sutha is a Lecturer in the Department of Management at Macquarie Business School, Macquarie University. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura (2016), an MBA from Eastern University Sri Lanka (2012), and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the same university (2005). She also serves as Academic Manager and Learning Skills Advisor at Swinburne University of Technology since January 2023. Her research focuses on Human Resource Management, organizational learning behaviors, CSR in industries like apparel and hospitality, and education technology. Key areas include voluntary learning behavior, employee retention strategies, and the impact of internal CSR practices.
