Nikki Baldwin is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Teacher Education at the University of Wyoming's College of Education. She holds a B.A. (1994), M.A. (2005), and Ph.D. (2013) in Education from the University of Wyoming. Her research focuses on culturally competent teaching, emotion in early childhood classrooms, and inclusive educational practices. She has authored/co-authored publications on cross-cultural educator experiences, professional development strategies, and emotional dynamics in teaching.
Dr. Baldwin’s professional service includes leadership roles in Wyoming’s Early Childhood Outreach Network, the Wyoming Early Childhood Professional Learning Collaborative, and the Wyoming Advisory Panel for Students with Disabilities. She has received awards for outstanding service and intellectual engagement in education. Her teaching spans early childhood education, special education, and leadership roles in early childhood programs across multiple states.
