Niels Grote is a Researcher at the Chair of Sociology of the University of Hohenheim, affiliated with the DFG-funded research project Cooperatives as New Labor Market Organizations (2024–present), led by Prof. Birgit Apitzsch and Prof. Caroline Ruiner.
- Research Focus: Industrial relations, organizational forms of alternative economy, economic democracy, and participation.
