Dr. Sarah Straub is a Research Assistant at the Chair of Sociology, University of Hohenheim, since January 2021. She works within the projects OPAKA (since 2023) and KARAT (2021–2023), focusing on digitalization, AI, and their impacts on labor practices.
Her research interests include:
- Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Digitization of work
- Impact of digitalization and AI in driving professions
- Working conditions and sustainability in the digital world of work
- Growth and innovation theory
