Lea Wolf is a Researcher at the Department of Sociology, University of Hohenheim, serving as a Research Associate since August 2021. She holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Hohenheim, where she previously worked as a research assistant, and a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Passau.
Her research focuses on ecological and social sustainability within the context of digitalization in the modern workplace. Core themes include sustainability transformation, the interplay between digitalization and environmental/social goals, and the evolving dynamics of work in a digitized economy.
