Dr. Nicolette Sullivan is Assistant Professor of Marketing at the London School of Economics, specializing in consumer neuroscience and decision processes. Her research integrates neuroscience, psychology, and marketing to examine self-control mechanisms in consumer choices, particularly how environmental factors influence dietary decisions. She employs cognitive modeling and neuroimaging techniques to understand decision pathways.
