Nicole Martin is a Lecturer in Politics at the University of Manchester, specializing in political behavior, electoral systems, and the impact of social changes like migration and educational expansion on political power dynamics. She focuses on advanced industrial democracies, particularly Great Britain, and employs experimental and large-scale survey methodologies such as the UK Household Longitudinal Study (Understanding Society). Her teaching includes undergraduate modules on Race, Ethnicity, and Migration in Politics, and an MA course on research methods and causal inference.
