Nicole Johnston is Instructor and Curator of the Missouri Historic Costume and Textile Collection (MHCTC) at the University of Missouri's Department of Textile and Apparel Management. She holds an MS from MU (2010) and BA from MU (1997), with specialized expertise in historical garment preservation and interpretation.
Ms. Johnston teaches dress history courses while managing over 10,000-item MHCTC. Her curatorial initiatives include 'Notable Missourians and Tigers Collection' and 'Mizzou Made: TAM Designs' that document regional sartorial heritage through interdisciplinary collaborations.
