Jaime Mestres

Dr. Jaime Mestres is an Assistant Teaching Professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Department of Textile and Apparel Management (TAM) at the University of Missouri's College of Arts and Science. With over 15 years of service, she oversees curriculum development, academic advising, and external collaborations including study abroad programs and transfer equivalencies. Her teaching focuses on fashion retail strategies, dress culture, and ethical issues in global supply chains.

Dr. Mestres' academic work centers on fashion education, consumer behavior, and ethical frameworks in apparel industries. She actively mentors students on academic and career planning, emphasizing campus resources and post-graduation opportunities.
