Nicky Naylor is a Lecturer in Animal Production & Health at Harper Adams University, specializing in sheep health, productivity, and sustainable agricultural systems. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Animal Health (2004) and a PgC in Teaching and Supporting Learning in Higher Education. Her research focuses on beef and sheep systems, agroecology, and sustainable food systems. She leads modules such as Sustainable Livestock Production Systems and teaches across multiple levels of agriculture programs.
Professional memberships include the Agricultural Universities Council UK and FHEA. She advises on course content for Foundation Degree Agriculture and Level 3 Agriculture programs. Her applied research interests are reflected in her own Shropshire sheep flock and collaborations with industry.
