Professor Jude Capper is a faculty member at Harper Adams University, holding the Chair of Sustainable Beef and Sheep Production. With over 17 years of expertise, her research focuses on modeling the environmental impacts and sustainability of livestock systems, particularly beef, sheep, and dairy. She specializes in greenhouse gas emissions, resource use, and whole-system sustainability.
