Dr. Robert Wilkinson is a Principal Lecturer in the Agriculture and Environment Department at Harper Adams University. He teaches animal nutrition and related subjects to MSc, BSc, and FdSc students, and contributes to industry short courses like the Diploma in Ruminant Nutrition (Dip RN) and AMTRA programs. His research focuses on energy/protein interactions in ruminants, alternative forage utilization, and fatty acid manipulation in livestock products, with recent emphasis on late pregnancy nutrition of ewes and neonatal lamb vitality.
Professional memberships include the British Society of Animal Science and Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.
