Nick Littlewood is a Senior Lecturer at Scotland's Rural College (SRUC), based in Aberdeen. He specializes in wildlife conservation and ecological management, with a focus on species and habitat conservation. His roles include Programme Leader for the part-time MSc in Wildlife and Conservation Management, Director of Studies for first-year students, and supervision of PhD candidates across multiple institutions.
Education: PhD in The Response of Plant and Insect Assemblages to Heather Moorland Restoration (University of Aberdeen, 2001–2005). Prior roles include research at the James Hutton Institute and the University of Cambridge’s Conservation Evidence group. He also served as a nature reserve warden and freelance ecologist.
