Dr. Nicholle Andrews is Professor of Choral Studies and Director of the Feast of Lights at the University of Redlands Conservatory of Music. She concurrently serves as Artistic Director of the Phoenix Chamber Choir in Vancouver. A licensed Body Mapping educator, she specializes in choral conducting, contemporary music pedagogy, and performance psychology.

Her research examines performance anxiety in musicians, pitch perception, and body awareness in conducting. She develops pedagogical approaches for contemporary music understanding through courses like 'Ear Cleaning' and conducts graduate seminars on rehearsal techniques and anxiety management. Her work bridges performance practice with cognitive science.
