Dr. Nicholas Mouttotos is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Bremen's Faculty of Law, Department of Commercial Law. His research focuses on European private law, contract theory, and the impact of Europeanization on mixed legal systems such as Cyprus. He holds a PhD from Maastricht University (2021) and has received scholarships from the Max Planck Institute and the Cyprus State Scholarship Foundation.
