Dr. Ng Su-Ann is a Lecturer at the Malaysia School of Business, Monash University. She holds a PhD in Management from Sunway University Business School (awarded October 2024) and has a strong academic background with a Bachelor of Business Management from Monash University and an MBA from Victoria University (VU). Her research and teaching focus on leadership, servant leadership, and the integration of technology in academic and organizational settings.
