Kimberly Soh is a Lecturer at the School of Business, Monash University Malaysia, where she contributes to both teaching and research. She holds a PhD in Management and multiple advanced degrees from Monash University. She is actively involved in academic projects, teaching undergraduate courses such as MGW2351 - International Business and BEW3555 - Integrative Business Practices, and is accepting PhD students.

Kimberly is a key team member in the Redesign At iHome (RAI) project, a collaborative research initiative running from 2022 to 2025 focused on enabling Malaysians to age in place. This project involves interdisciplinary collaboration and has led to media engagement with outlets covering intergenerational programs and aging well. Her work demonstrates a strong commitment to societal impact through both research and public outreach.
