Dr. Andrei O. J. Kwok serves as Associate Professor at the School of Business, Monash University Malaysia, where he previously held the position of Director of Graduate Coursework Studies. His academic profile bridges theoretical research with practical industry experience, having managed international R&D teams in global technology firms prior to entering academia. His research focuses on decision-making behavior and strategy with particular emphasis on emerging technologies' impact on business ecosystems.
Dr. Kwok's research program examines both micro-level individual behavior and macro-level business strategy through experimental methods. His work spans decision-making behavior, emerging technologies implementation (including AI, IoT, blockchain, and XR), operations and supply chain management, and ASEAN regional business dynamics. His current projects investigate blockchain applications for financial inclusion, smart tourism through the Internet of Behaviors, and digital solutions for healthy aging in Malaysia.
His scholarly contributions have earned recognition through multiple awards:

Dr. Kwok actively contributes to academic discourse as an editorial board member for PLoS ONE and through participation in international conferences including IEEE IEEM. His current research portfolio includes three major projects: the Redesign At iHome (RAI) Project (2022-2025), an Ethereum-based microcredit initiative for financial inclusion (2023-2024), and the AGATHA digital healthy aging coach pilot (2022). His work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals related to economic growth, innovation, and reduced inequalities.
