Neysun Mahboubi is a Lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Arts and Sciences, Department of Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE). He serves as Director of the Penn Project on the Future of U.S.-China Relations and holds affiliations with the Foreign Policy Research Institute (Non-Resident Senior Fellow), Penn’s Center for the Study of Contemporary China, and the Penn Program on Regulation. His expertise spans Chinese administrative law, comparative law, and U.S.-China policy dynamics.
