Neysun A. Mahboubi is Director of the Penn Project on the Future of U.S.-China Relations at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Arts & Sciences. He teaches courses on Chinese history, law, and policy, and hosts the China Studies podcast. Affiliated with the Center for the Study of Contemporary China and the Penn Program on Regulation, he also chairs the ABA Section of Administrative Law’s international committee. His research focuses on modern Chinese administrative law.
