Nevena Ivanovic is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of HRM & OB. Her research focuses on organizational resilience, communication networks, and disruption management in high-stakes environments such as critical infrastructure and virtual hackathons. She employs social network analysis on large datasets to study team and organizational performance.
Education:

Research Interests: Resilience in multiteam systems, coordination dynamics, human-autonomy interaction, and the integration of technology in workplaces. She has conducted fieldwork in critical infrastructures (e.g., Dutch railways) and virtual innovation environments.
