Dr. Jacoba Oedzes is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Economics and Business. Her research focuses on hierarchy dynamics, leadership, power, teams, and organizational behavior. She holds a PhD in HRM & OB from the University of Groningen (2013–2021), an MSc in Economics and Business (Cum laude), and a BSc in Bedrijfskunde with an HRM specialization.
