Her recent work explores identity resilience in adversarial contexts, gig workers’ thriving strategies, and ambivalent identification dynamics between independent workers and client organizations. She also investigates youth-led participatory action research methodologies for community engagement and hope-building initiatives.
Neveen’s academic contributions span organizational behavior, management strategies, and workforce flexibility frameworks. She actively bridges theoretical research with practical applications through executive education and organizational consulting.
