Smaranda Boros is a Full Professor of Intercultural Management and Organisational Behaviour at Vlerick Business School, with visiting professorships at FHR Lim A Po Institute (Suriname) and Ghent University (Belgium), and research fellow roles at the University of Stellenbosch Business School (South Africa) and Babeș-Bolyai University (Romania). Her expertise spans cross-cultural management, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and emotional intelligence.
