Nerses Sanossian, MD is a Clinical Professor of Neurology (Part-Time) at the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California. He serves as Director of the Division of Neurocritical Care & Stroke, Medical Director of Stroke Centers at LAC+USC Medical Center and USC Verdugo Hills Hospital, and Director of the Roxana Todd Hodges (RTH) Comprehensive Stroke Clinic. His research focuses on prehospital stroke evaluation, imaging technologies, and addressing healthcare disparities in stroke prevention and treatment. He leads the NIH-funded FAST-MAG trial and sits on the Los Angeles County Emergency Medical Services Commission.

Recent studies explore EEG-based stroke detection, predictive models for long-term disability (Modified Rankin Scale), and disparities in thrombolytic therapy access.
