Santosh Bhaskar Murthy

Dr. Santosh Bhaskar Murthy is an Associate Professor of Neurology and Neuroscience at Weill Cornell Medical College and Associate Chief of the Division of Neurocritical Care at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. His clinical and research work centers on neurocritical care, stroke, and intracerebral hemorrhage, with a focus on improving patient outcomes through advanced imaging, machine learning, and translational research.

He also investigates cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) and its role in hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke. His work increasingly incorporates machine learning and neuroimaging to predict outcomes and optimize treatment strategies.
