Neil Smyth

Dr Neil Smyth is a Reader at the University of Southampton, affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine and Department of Cell and Developmental Biology. His research focuses on developmental biology, metabolic disorders, and cellular mechanisms in health and disease. He collaborates on projects funded by the Medical Research Council, Wellcome Trust, and European Union, including studies on skin diseases, placental biology, and developmental programming.
