Neil Andrew is a Senior Professor at the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources and Security (ANCORS), part of the Faculty of Business and Law at the University of Wollongong. His research focuses on ocean law and governance, coastal fisheries management, and food security in the Pacific region.
