Dr. Natalia Ruiz-Junco is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology, Anthropology & Social Work at Auburn University. She holds a PhD and MA from the University of Kentucky, specializing in social theory, social psychology, sociology of emotions, and qualitative methodology. Her research explores self-identity, empathy, affect, and social movements.
