Naoru Koizumi is the Omer L. and Nancy Hirst Endowed Chair and Associate Dean of Research & Grants at the Schar School of Policy and Government, George Mason University. She is also Co-Director of the Terrorism, Transnational Crime and Corruption Center (TraCCC). Her work bridges public policy, health systems, and quantitative analytics, with a strong emphasis on improving outcomes in organ transplantation and chronic disease care.
