Nancy Stahl

Nancy Stahl is a New York City-based illustrator and educator with a dual career in traditional and digital media. She is currently a Lecturer at the University of Hartford and has previously taught at Syracuse University, School of Visual Arts, and Fashion Institute of Technology.

Her work spans editorial illustrations for publications like The New York Times and Time magazine, corporate identity projects for clients including Disney Family Museum and National Parks Service, and over 35 postage stamps for the US Postal Service. Stahl has been exhibited in solo and group shows internationally.

Stahl's technical expertise bridges analog and digital approaches, having tested early versions of Photoshop in 1989 and transitioned exclusively to digital work by 1991.
