Nancy Brown is a Senior Lecturer in Management Development at Ulster University Business School, within the Department of Management, Leadership and Marketing, based at Belfast campus. She serves as Course Director for the MSc Executive Leadership programme, developing bespoke leadership development initiatives for global organizations including Coca-Cola, Diageo, and Microsoft.
Her research centers on inclusive leadership and innovation, with dedicated focus on equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in educational and organizational contexts. Brown contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals through transformative inclusive education practices and serves as founding steering group member for Ulster University's Special Interest Group on Inclusive Teaching.
Brown's scholarly work examines leadership development and gender dynamics in business, notably her 2018 publication analyzing women's enterprise barriers in Northern Ireland through focus group methodology and gender stereotype assessment.
