Namir Shabibi is a Lecturer at the University of Westminster, teaching Geopolitics (Level 5) which examines the intersection of space, history, and politics. His doctoral research focuses on covert paramilitary actions in the 'War on Terror,' employing ethnographic methods to analyze Anglo-American integrated operations. He also leads the Working Group on Telecoms, Spyware and Surveillance, a research project funded by the Open Society Foundations.
