Nahyun Oh

Nahyun Oh is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business Administration at Eastern Connecticut State University. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from The University of Missouri and has expertise in strategic management and cross-cultural organizational behavior.

• Education: Ph.D. in Business Administration (The University of Missouri), M.S. in Management (Korea University School of Business), B.A. in English Language Education (Seoul National University)

Research Interests: Social Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability. Her work examines team dynamics, psychological safety, and workplace behaviors in cross-cultural contexts.
