Dr. Jean Joohyun Oh is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Theory and Entrepreneurship at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Columbia University (2024), M.Phil. in Management (2020), and prior degrees from Seoul National University. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship's societal roles, including upward mobility and addressing social challenges like climate change and social inequality.
