Nahal Habibi is a Lecturer at the University of Adelaide, affiliated with the School of Agriculture, Food and Wine within the Faculty of Sciences, Engineering and Technology. She is a member of the Robinson Research Institute and contributes to the Health in Preconception, Pregnancy, and Postpartum (HiPPP) collective. Her research focuses on enhancing health through dietary modifications, with a strong emphasis on gestational diabetes (GDM), obesity, oxidative stress, and chronic disease prevention. She also collaborates on projects involving plant-based dietary supplements to combat metabolic disorders.
