Nadia-Yin Yu is an Assistant Professor in the People and Organizations Department at NEOMA Business School's Rouen campus. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2017). Her research focuses on the interplay between social contexts—such as team dynamics, workplace climate, and organizational politics—and employee performance. She has held visiting positions at the University of Maryland (2014) and the University of Texas at Dallas (2018).
Her research interests include creativity, innovation, ethical leadership, and the evolution of employee beliefs over time. Notable recent contributions address user adaptation to technology, manager ostracism of vocal employees, and the impact of belief disconfirmation on system adoption success. Her work has been published in journals like Journal of Vocational Behavior, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
Nadia has presented at leading conferences such as the Academy of Management and the Southern Management Association. She actively contributes to departmental research seminars at NEOMA Business School, exploring topics like team innovation, unethical pro-organizational behavior, and sojourner creativity.
