Nadia Tecco

Nadia Tecco is a Research Fellow at the University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG) and Food Manager at the University of Turin. She specializes in ecological economics, focusing on sustainable governance of natural resource systems and circular economy applications in food production. Her work integrates environmental and social metrics, including life cycle assessment and multi-criteria analysis.
