Roberta Destefanis

Roberta Destefanis is a Research Fellow at the University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG) in Pollenzo, Italy. Her current research project is NODES (Nord Ovest Digitale E Sostenibile). She specializes in interdisciplinary areas including systemic design, circular economy, and social innovation. She has collaborated with organizations like Slow Food, Cittadellarte-Fondazione Pistoletto, and SocialFare, focusing on sustainable event design, impact assessment, and circular economic paradigms. Her academic background includes a degree in Systemic Design from the Polytechnic of Turin, where her thesis analyzed the Salone del Gusto e Terra Madre event's sustainability. She has coordinated projects such as Mercato Circolare's educational programs and NEMO’s initiatives in mountain economies.
