Donatella Saccone

Donatella Saccone is a Fixed-Term Researcher at the University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG), where she contributes to academic programs such as the Master's in Sustainable Food Innovation & Management and the Bachelor's in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures. She has held significant roles, including Convenor for multiple degree courses and Delegate for Training COSGA Representative.

She co-founded the Observatory on Emerging Economies-Turin (OEET) and served as President of the Italian Association for the Study of Comparative Economic Systems (AISSEC) from 2018 to 2022.
