Myriam Michaud serves as Professor and researcher in entrepreneurship at TÉLUQ University's School of Administrative Sciences (ESA) since 2022. She concurrently holds lecturer positions at Laval University's Faculty of Administrative Sciences (FSA ULaval) and Saint-Paul University's Élisabeth-Bruyères School of Social Innovation, while also providing training through the Collège des administrateurs de société and École d'entrepreneuriat de Québec.

Her research centers on governance complexities within social economy organizations, with specialized focus on paradoxes in collective enterprise management. She examines social and solidarity economy frameworks, social entrepreneurship models, and operational challenges in social economy SMEs/VSEs. This work stems from her extensive practical experience founding and governing cooperatives and non-profits across the social economy movement.
Prof. Michaud maintains active engagement through professional training initiatives while advancing scholarly work on organizational governance structures in alternative economic models.
