Luc Audebrand is a Full Professor at the Management Department of the Faculty of Business Administration (FSA ULaval) at Université Laval, where he holds the Chair of Leadership in Teaching on Social Engagement. His academic career spans several decades with significant contributions to the fields of social economy, cooperative management, and responsible business education.
Dr. Audebrand earned his Doctorate in Business Administration (Ph.D.) from HEC Montréal, a Master of Human Resources Management (M.Sc.) from HEC Montréal, and a Bachelor of Psychology (BA) from the University of Montreal. His educational background in psychology and business administration informs his interdisciplinary approach to management research and education.
His research focuses on the creation and management of social economy organizations, paradoxes and tensions in social economy organizations, and metaphorical pluralism in management education from a sustainable development perspective.
