Rabeb Ben Abdallah is an Assistant Professor of Management at EM Normandie, joining in 2023. She previously served as an Assistant Professor at the College of Business Administration (COBA), American University in the Emirates (2017–2023), where she also coordinated the Business Management specialization (2018–2021) and contributed to AACSB/SACSCOC accreditation committees. Her research focuses on strategic management, social economy, leadership, sustainable performance, and organizational behavior. She holds a PhD in Business Management from Université de Paris-Est (2016), with a thesis on networks in social and solidarity economy transitions. Rabeb has taught courses in strategic management, sustainable business, and human resource management across institutions in the UAE, Tunisia, and France. She actively publishes in international journals and conferences, addressing topics such as tyrannical leadership, autonomous robotics in logistics, and GCC shepreneurship.
