Sabri Boubaker is a Professor of Finance at EM Normandie, having joined in 2019. He holds a PhD in Finance from Université de Paris-Est (2006) and an HDR (2010). His research focuses on corporate governance, environmental finance, and ownership structures. He co-founded the Paris Financial Management Conference (2013) and the Vietnam Symposium in Banking and Finance (2016), and serves as President of the International Society for the Advancement of Financial Economics (ISAFE).
