Dr. Mostafa Marghany is a Lecturer at the Edge Hotel School, University of Essex. His research focuses on hospitality work, employee experiences, and the intersection of employment and technology. He holds a PhD in Business Management from Swansea University (2022) and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
